The people of the Dei District of the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea welcome you to join them in a cultural showcase of their various and extraordinary traditions and heritage.
Enjoy three days of traditional cultural display at the Keta Village school grounds, August 11th to 13th, 2015.
Experience the color and enthusiasm of the local people’s culture. Discover the affinity they have with their land and find out why this region has come to be known as the ‘food basket’ of Papua New Guinea.
The festival is also an opportunity to bring the Dei community together and create a platform for awareness on the environment, climate change as well as gender and equality issues.
